Healthcare.gov not working

I have been trying for a week to enroll and I always get the same message on the last page above the signature line: "You have started an application for health coverage, but our verification system is temporarily unavailable. Without completing verification, you cannot submit your application for an eligibility determination."

Getting really sick of it. They should come out and admit the d*** thing is broken.
